Our Consulting practice serves our clients in two distinct ways: accelerating performance improvement and bringing to bear needed capabilities and know-how.  To this end, our project engagement model is designed to integrate into, rather than replace, client resources.  Given this model, we focus primarily on Performance Improvement, such as cost reduction, operations improvement, as well as process optimization, and Transformation Projects, including M&A Planning and Execution, Operating Model redesign and Corporate Strategy analysis, planning and portfolio management.   

  • A mid-size manufacturer needed M&A Program and Planning Support.  Southern Pass deployed a single, experienced Program Leader to build the overall program governance model, Program roadmap and conduct integration planning with client functional team representatives.  Serving as the coordination point between the Planning Team and the CFO, our expert brought tools, templates and know-how to successfully accelerate and lead the project coordination and planning efforts.  The results: a functional Team that was enabled to participate and complete planning efforts and an enterprise ready to close the deal, on-time and on-budget.
