Southern Pass Co. is based on the concept that there is a better way of connecting people to the work they were meant to do. We both left our Senior Level firm roles to start this business and carry out this mission.

  • FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES

    David has been consulting leading corporations for 20 years and has held senior and executive roles at Deloitte Consulting and North Highland Consulting. He is a specialist in Mergers and Acquisitions programs and methodologies, as well as performance improvement initiatives. Most importantly, he is a trusted advisor to his clients.

    Katie believes amazing people should be a part of amazing teams. She helps clients find inspired candidates in retail/CPG, biotech, manufacturing, and technology, among many other fields. Work is such an important part of our identity and finding the right people to join your team is often critical to business success. Matching people with opportunities that brings them joy and helps organizations move forward is a privilege and extraordinarily rewarding work.

    She moved into the world of recruiting after years as a managing director in the professional services and agency world. During her time working with one of the largest creative talent agencies in the country, she learned what outstanding recruiting could look like from a team of extraordinary talent agents. After the agency world, she moved into management consulting to work with incredible consultants, strategists, subject matter experts, and account executives.

    Throughout her career, Katie has learned invaluable lessons in recruiting and hiring. She’s an expert in learning what motivates candidates, understanding what a client needs and serving as an extension of their team, and in making awesome matches that have a long-standing effect on both personal and business goals.

    Katie co-founded Southern Pass Co. to merge her sales and leadership skills with her fascination for people in order to make connections that allow people to do the amazing work they were born to do.
